INGREDIENTS

  • 1 almond milk cup
  • ½ still water cup
  • handful of activated almonds
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the almond milk, water, almonds, banana and strawberries in a blender and mix all ingredients until smooth. If your blender has speeds, start it on low to break up the almonds.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix for about 20 more seconds.Strawberry Smoothie
