Maybe you’re asking yourself, why the moment we take a seat at a table is so important to us? We can give many different answers to this like for example, the fact that we spend 7 percent of our life eating. If you stop to think, most of your childhood memories of friends and family revolve around a dinner, a lunch or an afternoon tea that extended late into a night full of laughter and wine. And probably now you can’t remember exactly what you ate nor the harmony of some specific ingredients, BUT you might well recall the people, the décor, a Chet Baker song playing in the background, the first experience of a new taste, and that tiny hidden bistro where it all took place. …

It’s these details and observations we’re interested in and through our site we want to share our little notebook with you.

WELLBEING MEANS EATING WELL

Our ethos is REAL COOKING. We use locally sourced, organic ingredients to create healthy dishes that aren’t just good for you, but taste good too!

Far from asking you to do a diet, our mission is to encourage you to know what to eat, why to eat it and how to make it. Promoting the idea that eating is more than just something we do, its something we can do well.

In Eat Biotiful we unite classic cuisine with the healthier eating habits of today. So, we go back to basics with a nod to the traditional Mediterranean kitchen, whilst introducing new nutritional trends and techniques into our recipes.

We can’t offer you a degree in “Culinary Arts” or an extravagant methods to peel tomatoes, but we can offer up nourishing dishes which are easy to prepare and prove healthy eating isn’t boring. Simply put… if we can’t make it, you can.

In Eat Biotiful we promote a “flexitarian diet” (flexible vegitatian!) with meat and fish, whilst using fruit and vegetables as our foundation.

We want this site to be a journey of shared exploration, discovering positive ways to change our eating habits and enabling us to find the best version of ourselves.
