INGREDIENTS
- ½ avocado
- handful of spinach
- 2 apples
- mint leaves
- ½ lime juice
DIRECTIONS
1) Put the apple juice in first.
2) Add your greens and avocado. If your blender has speeds, start it on low to break up the spinach. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
